Yaacov Heller is a globally recognized and acclaimed Sculptor, Artist, and Jewelry Designer. He was born in in Cleveland, Ohio. His artistic inclination started at age five and was carefully nurtured. In Yaacov established residence in Jerusalem, Israel where he set up his studio, workshop, and foundry for the production of his superbly crafted and uniquely recognized sculpture and jewelry. Rated among the worlds top sculptors and silversmiths, Yaacov's designs are known for their rare intricacy, attention to detail, unique interpretation of the human form and spirit, as well as to his personal, unswerving commitment to artistic quality.

Much of Yaacov's inspiration comes from the Bible's most dramatic events, as he faithfully produces them in a variety of media -- including pewter, silver, bronze, and gold.

Yaacov Heller's works have garnered recognition and admiration from art critics and world leaders alike. Some of Yaacov's magnificent outdoor monumental sculptures can be seen locally in Miami at Douglass Gardens. The 12 foot "Fiddler On The Roof", a self-portrait which today is so significant as it is the timeless message of the delicate balance of our lives. The " Celebration", a foot sculpture of three dancing musicians can be seen outside the Toppel Center For Life Enhancement. These sculptures are musical and also serve a therapeutic value.

His magnificent jewelry adorns many of Hollywood’s most famous celebrities. Today, Yaacov is in Boca Raton, Florida,  working more passionately than ever from his studio and gallery.

Yaacov completed a 7-foot bronze sculpture, at the Boca Raton Museum at Mizner Park. The statue is permanently mounted atop the Floss Fountain outside the Museum at the entrance to the Center For The Arts. Yaacov also completed a bronze sculpture of the late Sid Samole that will be housed in the main lobby of The National Chess Hall of Fame and Sidney Samole Chess Museum. Yaacov's famous chess set of the "Israelites Vs. The Philistines" is on display at the museum.
